The Making a Difference Foundation is now the CHG Healthcare Foundation—and while our name has evolved, our mission and commitment to impact remain unchanged.
Founded in 2016 by CHG Healthcare, the CHG Healthcare Foundation exists to ignite and support the volunteer passions of CHG employees and medical providers. We fund employee‑ and provider‑led grants, support medical mission trips, and respond to humanitarian needs in communities locally and around the world. Our new name better reflects the close connection between CHG Healthcare and the Foundation’s work, making it easier for partners, providers, and communities to understand how our impact comes to life.
What Changed—and What Didn’t
While our name is new, everything else has stayed the same.
The CHG Healthcare Foundation continues to focus on three core areas of impact:
- Supporting medical providers through grants for medical mission trips and volunteer care
- Strengthening local communities by funding nonprofits where CHG employees volunteer
- Providing humanitarian relief during natural disasters, conflicts, and global crises
Over the years, these programs have helped expand access to care and empower people to give back in ways that are personal and meaningful to them.

The new name also makes it easier for nonprofit partners and medical professionals to recognize the Foundation as a trusted philanthropic resource.
